To secure a date a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be deducted from the amount due on or before your scheduled date. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Please note that bridal consultations and deposit fees are two separate costs.
Consultations are available at the salon only for brides as well as their bridal party members. Trials are scheduled Monday - Thursday.
The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup and hair stylist departs. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on the invoice.
Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days before your reserved date, you will not receive back the deposit or final payment. All cancellations must be submitted communicated in written form either by email or text.
Photos taken at the trial or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view. Your photographer will receive proper credit for their work. You agree to me using these photos, as well as give consent to using your professional photos on my website/portfolio/social media. I will email you to request these photos and will also reach out to your photographer.
All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies for hair/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the stylist prior to scheduled date and if need be. Also due to this clause, I am not able to tweeze or razor eyebrows.
Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the invoice. Typically most venues or hotels have valet charged to their assigned room number.
Travel fees are included in the price within 40 miles of San Diego County.
Traveling outside 41 miles will be an additional $50
A schedule will be created and sent to the Bride and or Wedding Planner. A list of names and services is required and will need to be provided up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date. The schedule is subject to change the day of given certain circumstances. However any cancellations or no shows will result in the loss of your deposit. All scheduled parties must be present.
The location of makeup and hair styling services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements the artist will need to complete the services. A clear space/large table and outlets must be considered for services to be performed properly. Artist will arrive 15 minutes prior to set-up. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by text.
Bookings of 5 services or more will require an assistant. The assistant fee is $150. This will be added to your invoice.
Please be conscious that you are hiring a professional salon stylist to accommodate your travel needs. No kids or pets in or around the stylist or scheduled client. It is a hazard for either the children or the pets as well as the stylist and the client. There will be hot tools/electrical cords/hair sprays and other hazardous materials in and around the working professional.
